Social Media Storytelling: The Grounds Group
Overseeing The Grounds’ organic social media channels, was a core part of my role and I started by conducting an in-depth audience analysis. I then devised a post calendar and worked with an in-house photographer and videographer to develop the engaging content needed to communicate our key messaging.
Understanding the importance of user generated content for enhancing credibility and authenticity, I also forged and nurtured partnerships with both local and international social media influencers, including @taramilktea, @anniesbucketlist, @shaunbirley, @_fairytalegirl, and more. These collaborations played a pivotal role in amplifying our messaging and enhancing the reach and impact of our key campaigns.
Ongoing reporting on engagement metrics guided our content strategy’s evolution and played a pivotal role in the business strategy, emphasising talkability and shareability, whilst elevating The Grounds’ online presence and solidifying it’s reputation as a leading destination in Sydney’s hospitality scene.
