The Grounds Catering

During the COVID-19 lockdown, I helped The Grounds Catering business to pivot by identifying an untapped opportunity in the Sydney market - a range of ready made, restaurant-quality meals, ready for immediate consumption. While other business’ were offering frozen meals, we promoted The Grounds’ point of difference through organic social media posts, targeted EDMs, paid Meta ads and strategic influencer partnerships, raising awareness of the fresh, convenient offerings and online driving sales through an eCommerce platform.

The popular product range quickly became a significant component of the business and continued to drive significant revenue for the business post COVID-19.
