The Sydney Collective’s Christmas gift card campaign was a strategic success, rooted in data-driven insights. Based on Roy Morgan’s predictions about pre-Christmas spending, I devised a multi-phased strategy, harnessing owned and earned channels including website optimisation, Google SEM, Facebook and Instagram ads to ensure the targeted campaign messaging reached the right audience at the right time. Collaborating with influencers and securing placements in online Christmas gift cards added to our outreach.
The results were staggering - achieving a 300% surge in online gift cards during the campaign period, boosting revenue and solidifying the group’s position as a unique choice for holiday gifting experiences.
